This large food scale offers three measurement units: gram, ounce, and pound. You can easily switch between these units by pressing the "UNIT" button on the scale.

The scale also features a "Baker's Percentage" function. To use this, first place a bowl on the weighing platform and press [TARE] to zero the display. Add the first ingredient, typically flour, to the bowl. Once the 100% flour is established, hold the [UNIT] button for a while, and the display will show "%" at the bottom and "100" in the middle, indicating the flour as 100% of the recipe.

Now, unload the flour, and the display will show 0%. Add the next ingredient, and the percentage will increase accordingly until the desired percentage is reached. Repeat this process for all the remaining ingredients. When finished, press [TARE] to clear the reading and start a new recipe.
